Day 9 Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon and date paste and a strawberry smoothie.

Hi Son, I was reading the posts from previous days and I smiled at the entry describing the meal at El Torito Restaurant, It happens to me sometimes, you go to a restaurant and try to get something healthy but when the food arrives something is not quite right, or I forgot to ask fully, and the result is not to good, in my area the choice of restaurants is very limited for us since here meat is very prominent, but Olive Garden and some Chinese restaurants are good for us or if going with a group at a regular restaurant most times a salad no dressing just some lemon juice, the veggies of the day which are mostly steamed and a baked potato with nothing added has done it for us. Good luck next time at a restaurant.
