Day 3 Pre lunch snack

11am, stomach is asking for food. Picked up some mixed nuts, bananas and mixed veggies here at work. I'll save the nuts and bananas for the afternoon. For now I have to keep an open mind with this mix of broccoli, cauliflower, celery and carrots. Of course I threw away the ranch dressing this came with.

You would never catch me eating something like this. I know my aversion to this is all mental. Here goes...

* UPDATE*  I learned today that cauliflower I like best out of these veggies, next would be broccoli, then carrots and lastly the celery.  I didn't care much for celery plain like this.  Maybe with some Trader Joe's almond or peanut butter?  Next time!
