Day 4 lunch

Quick and easy leftovers from last night. Please ignore the bite marks. I forgot to snap a picture first. :)

Also, i had a great weight lifting workout today. Felt so much energy.

  1. Wanted to share one of my favorite unprocessed treats with you. It is a "chocolate shake": 1/8 cup of oats (2 tablespoons), 1 banana, 1/2 cup of plain unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon of unsalted peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, ice. Blender. -Heather

    2. You could have it for breakfast if you wanted to since there is nothing unhealthy in it. I usually have it for dessert though :)
