Day 22 Lunch

Feeling the need fir some protein after my workout, I walked across the street to Mixed Greens for a protein loaded salad. Not knowing if they had an oil free dressing I was prepared for dissapointment. Ordered half a portion of spinach and half a portion of butter leaf lettuce. Topped it with quinoa (first time ever eating this), roasted zucchini, red bell pepper, black beans, red onions and avocado. For dressing I had lemon juice and vinager. Finally, I seasoned it with peppet and Spike which is a salt substitute I picked up over the weekend. This was the closest thing I could find to Benson's Table Tasty. Not as good though.

Ohh and a slice of sourdough wheat bread.
