Day 12 Frustration @ Market

I'm so frustrated right now. I went to whole foods tonight and almost everything I reached for had some amount or trace of salt, sunflower oil or evaporated cane juice or cane sugar. Do I focuse more on ingredients or overall nutrition facts? I couldn't find marinara sauce without oil, canned tomatoes without oil, pancake mix without salt. Am I going about this wrong? Do I just stick to the produce section? Do I go with Unprocessed or The Engine 2 Diet which seems more liberal with some products.
