Day 13 Breakfast

Quick bowl of oatmeal in the car @ 6:45am before a high intensity workout with a boot camp type group. By the way rhis oatmeal is the non minute kind. A guy named John suggested this to keep me full longer. Seems to work.

I kicked butt today. Scored 85% on a fitness test that I previously scored 75% back in July.
