Today is an irregular day for me but hopefully my planning will get me through the day. Had to skip work today for a Doctor's appointment. Didn't have much time for breakfast and had to pack a lunch.
So this is a rush, no frills bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and a slice of whole grain wheat bread. I need to find a better way to make oatmeal!
Add some bananas and/or dried fruit to it. Another option for breakfast would be granola and some fresh fruit like strawberries and bananas.
